GENERAL FEATURES

QUICKPOWER is a round baler for pruning and trimming vines.
The machine has a new design, is extremely versatile and technologically advanced.
QUICKPOWER is constructed using special hardened special heat treatment rollers
It is designed to minimize the absorption of energy by means of mechanisms that rotate the walls of the compression chamber.
On average, QUICKPOWER requires less than one minute to complete the entire processing cycle:

 Loading material
 packaging and packaging
 Automatic unloading of the bale by the rear hatch.

The bale weighs approximately 25/35 kg. The weight can be changed by increasing or decreasing the pressure inside the chamber.

QUICKPOWER is capable of baling branches and remnants of cut prunings with a diameter of up to 30 mm.
The machine successfully addresses the issue of biomass.

QUICKPOWER is available in three models, designed for different width lines.

Pruning packaging net
QUICKPOWER uses a special PP (polypropylene) net for the packaging operation,
designed specifically to keep the various types of cut vine branches compact.
Alternatively, it is possible to wind the bales with the SISAL natural rope.

The bale produced has the following dimensions: height 600 mm - diameter 400 mm

Hydraulic collection system
The hydraulic collection device must be fitted to all power units not equipped with the grounding power outlet.
If any material gets stuck in the pick-up, it is possible to engage the hydraulic pick-up mechanism to "turn off" the lock.

Forks
The collection forks, needed when working on stony soil, prevent the transfer of rocks and stones into the machine's
packaging chamber. The Conveyor collects the bales discharged from the chamber, significantly reducing the duty cycle.

It is available in two models that respond to different working conditions:

8CM Bale carrier
It can carry eight bales, seven on the conveyor and one on the baler.

The 8CM Bale Carrier is particularly suitable for working on flat or slightly sloping terrain, as well as in vineyards with
trellising systems.

The 4CM Bale Conveyor
It can carry four bales, three in the conveyor and one in the baler. Thanks to its small size, the 4CM Bale Conveyor is
suitable for working on steep slopes, in canopy vines or in vineyards with short lines. The bullets are then discharged
from the rear hatch by activating the hydraulic (double acting) system.

Hydraulic Wiring Brushes
When assembled, the brushes increase the pickup width up to 1,800 mm - 2,300 mm. Each brush is powered by a 160cc
ydraulic motor. Hydraulic tubing can be connected and disconnected using quick release hydraulic couplers. Hydraulic
brushes require a 3/8 "dual action control valve and are available only for QUICKPOWER 1230.
