MONOGRAM LINE SEEDERS FIALHO FI-L / FI-LDA
The Fialho FI-L/FI-LDA single-grain seed drill is a practical and simple equipment designed to sow one seed at a time using a perforated horizontal disc system. The seed hopper contains the disc, which has holes sized according to the type of seed to be planted. After passing through the disc, the seed drops into a tube that leads it to the furrow opened by the front furrow opener. Then, two rear blades close the furrow.
The seed drill is attached to the tractor's three-point hitch and is fully metallic and reinforced, providing durability and strength. The equipment can be supplied with a fertilizer applicator (FI-LDA) or without a fertilizer applicator (FI-L), depending on the customer's needs.
It is suitable for sowing various crops such as corn, beans, grains, sunflower, melon, sorghum, fava beans, peanuts, among others.
The standard equipment for each sowing row in the FI-L and FI-LDA series includes:
- 1 sprocket with 14 teeth for distances of 15 cm: Used when the desired spacing between seeds is 15 cm.
- 1 sprocket with 18 teeth for distances of 19.6 cm: Used when the desired spacing between seeds is 19.6 cm.
- 1 sprocket with 21 teeth for distances of 23.6 cm: Used when the desired spacing between seeds is 23.6 cm.
- 1 sprocket with 28 teeth for distances of 31.4 cm: Used when the desired spacing between seeds is 31.4 cm.
- 1 seed disc: The disc has holes sized according to the seed to be planted.
The 4 and 6-row models of the seed drill are equipped with 2 lateral marking arms, each with a nozzle. These arms are used to mark the ground, assisting in the alignment of the sowing rows.
It is important for the customer to provide information about the type of seed to be used, and sometimes it may be necessary to send the seeds to Fialho so that the holes in the seed disc are opened according to the exact size of the seed.
